Ensleigh has confirmed that it has reached a “mutually acceptable agreement” with Southern Rock.
Post exclusively revealed in May this year that Ensleigh faced a £30m High Court showdown with Southern Rock, and Markerstudy, over its alleged failure to provide “technically accurate” claims
