LSB referral fee plans criticised

The Legal Services Board's recommendation to retain referral fees has been criticised by lawyers and insurers.

The decision comes after the Ministry of Justice decided to press ahead with plans to implement Lord Justice Jackson's Review of Civil Litigation Costs.

However, in his report, Lord Justice Jackson
