MIB to appeal Jacobs ruling
The Motor Insurers' Bureau has been granted leave to appeal a landmark Court of Appeal decision allowing a British holidaymaker injured in a motor accident in Spain to claim against it.
The case involved UK resident Clint Jacobs who suffered leg injuries and a fractured pelvis in 2007 when a speeding car drove into a shopping centre car park, colliding with parked vehicles before
