MIB mulls appeal followingoverseas motor injury ruling
The Motor Insurers' Bureau is facing a surge in personal injury claims, following a landmark appeal court ruling last week.
The MIB compensates parties injured by uninsured drivers in the UK but the judgment in Jacobs v MIB has opened the door for claims from UK citizens injured in other European countries.
The ruling
