Bupa: 91.5% of critical illness claims paid

Figures revealed by Bupa have shown that 91.5% of critical illness claims received during the first half of 2010 have been paid.

The highest claim paid to date was £1 000 000.

Cancer claims continued to be the highest percentage paid, accounting for 59% of all claims, Bupa said.

Crawford & Co to sell legal services arm to law firm
