Accident Exchange lands Court of Appeal blow in Autofocus battle
Credit hire organisation Accident Exchange is set to proceed with its action for unlimited damages against Autofocus after the Court of Appeal struck out the reporting firm’s witness immunity claim.
Autofocus' had claimed that the evidence given in a number of credit hire cases by their employees - disputed by Accident Exchange - was subject to the witness immunity rule.
However, their bid was
