Irish public liability claims hit €33m
The total value of public liability awards made by the Irish Injuries Board in 2009 was €33m.
Females accounted for 72% of the 1443 PL awards during this period, which is a direct reversal of data for workplace accidents where females account for just over a quarter (26%) of awards, the board
