Birmingham tops list for motor fraud
Birmingham has topped a list of the areas with the highest level of motor insurance fraud across England.
Law firm Keoghs' 2010 motor fraud index found that while the Midlands city moved to the top of the list from the number two position in 2009, Manchester rose four places to second and east London rose
