Hagerty enters agreement to acquire Bennetts
US classic car insurer Hagerty has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire UK motorcycle insurance broker Bennetts.
According to Hagerty, Bennetts is “one of the UK’s largest specialty motorcycle insurance brokers, commanding 15% of the market”.
The transaction is worth £34m, and Hagerty added that the transaction
