Ardonagh recouped £22.75m from Bennetts sale
Ardonagh's first quarter results have revealed it was paid £22.75m for Bennetts, structured through a £1 sale price and the settlement of Bennetts' debt owed to the group.
Right Choice Insurance Brokers snapped up the business earlier this month.
Ardonagh had paid Saga £26m through £1.3m in cash and settling the motorcycle broker’s debts in a deal that closed on 7
