Hyperion to add $130m to acquisitions war chest

Hyperion is raising an additional $130m (£100m) debt to fund its acquisitions war chest.

The debt is taken in addition to an earlier debt add-on of $115m in November last year.

The money will be kept in a locked account that, according to Moody’s, “can only be accessed to fund future
