Griffiths & Armour joins the Insurance Debate

Steve Bamforth is CEO of Liverpool-based Griffiths & Armour

First up to join the debate is Stephen Bamforth, senior partner and group CEO of Griffiths & Armour, who asks what does professionalism in insurance actually mean and puts forward the idea that the crux of professionalism is about rooting out bad practice and retaining quality people.

Bamforth believes "excellent people create great solutions for clients" and these clients are then prepared to pay a reasonable fee - everyone ends up happy.

Or do they?

Get involved with the insurance debate this week, make sure your voice gets heard by telling us what you think - will insurance ever be seen as a classic profession?
