Beaumonts deal over a year in the making, claims Jelf CEO
Jelf and Yorkshire-based Beaumonts Insurance Group were in discussions for more than a year before the terms of the takeover were agreed, group CEO Alex Alway has revealed.
Speaking to Post following the news that Jelf had bolstered its northern presence with the acquisition of the regional broker, which has offices in Leeds, Bradford, Shrewsbury and Doncaster, he said:
