Investigation into culpability of Waco explosion to take months
It may take several months before fire investigators in Texas are able to determine whether the blaze that led to the tragic explosion at a Waco fertiliser plant was started deliberately.
That is the message coming from Dr Jim Lygate, chairman and principal investigator at IFIC Forensics, who has raised concerns over why the pressure release valve on a vessel containing liquid ammonia
