Cobra locked in takeover talks with Towergate
The Cobra Holdings board has announced this afternoon that discussions are underway with two interested parties which may lead to an offer for the firm's issued share capital.
The two potential suitors have been named as Towergate Partnershipco Ltd, a member of the Towergate Insurance Group, and Alto Intermediary Group Ltd, a company formed by Cobra chief executive Stephen
