ABS applications to the SRA at 96 and counting
The Solicitors Regulation Authority has today revealed that the number of firms which have officially requested to be licensed as alternative business structures has almost reached the 100 mark.
Just over a month after the SRA opened its doors to stage one applications, which are an expression of interest from the firm in starting the process, bosses at the regulation authority have announced
