Blanc recruits Burns from Paymentshield
Ross Burns has joined Axa Commercial Lines as IT director from Paymentshield.
Mr Burns joined Fusion Insurance Services in April 2001, moved to Towergate with the sale of Fusion, and has held several senior positions within the group. He has been IT director of Paymentshield
