Nicholson avoids contempt of court charge
A senior Aon broker accused of breaking terms of his gardening leave has avoided facing contempt of court charges.
Aon and Marsh confirmed a settlement had been reached in the case of Euan Nicholson, a senior energy broker who admitted dumping a laptop into a pond to destroy evidence that he had broken the terms
