Allianz backs “positive” Jackson Review consultation
Insurer Allianz has backed the government’s consultation on implementing sections of Lord Justice Jackson’s Review of Civil Litigation Costs.
The consultation, unveiled today, will begin in August and will focus on Conditional Fee Agreements as a "matter of priority" for the government. It was put forward in a written ministerial statement
