Hong Kong regulator examines protection fund

Hong Kong's new regulator the Insurance Authority is working on a protection fund in the event of a collapse of an insurer in the Special Administrative Region.

IA chief executive John Leung said this week the regulator is working on the details of a fund to help protect policyholders in the event of a firm’s failure according to the South China Morning Post
