Allianz unveils German acquisition
Allianz Real Estate Germany has acquired about 80 retail assets of the discount market Aldi Süd from Aldi Grundstücksgesellschaft gmbH & Co KG.
The German insurance group said the assets are located in the "economically strong regions of Southern Germany such as Bavaria, Hesse, Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate".
