How maternity, adoption and shared parental leave regulations are changing this year

On 11 December 2023 the draft Maternity Leave, Adoption Leave and Shared Parental Leave (Amendment) Regulations 2024 were laid. The changes arising from these regulations came into force on 6 April 2024. This blog provides an overview of the changes.
