Catlin completes Insure the Box sale

Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance has finalised its acquisition of Insure the Box and Drive Like a Girl from Catlin.

Aioi, part of MS&AD Insurance Group, has bought 75.01% of the total shares of Gibraltar-based holding company Box Innovation Group for £105m.

The remaining 24.99% will be kept by existing management
