Australia faces less intense cyclone season
The region around Australia is facing a lower than normal number of tropical cyclones in the present 2004/05 cyclone season, according to the latest prediction from Tropical Storm Risk (TSR).
According to TSR the region should be facing 7.7 tropical storms over the period, down on the 29-year climate norm of 10.7.
