Willis continues acquisition spree
Willis has bought the business portfolio of Hong Kong-based Grande Insurance Brokers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
It has assumed responsibility and control of the business with immediate effect and the integration of the business will be completed by 1 November, at which time all Grande staff will haveOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
