NU urges support for Claims Standards Council
Norwich Union has officially backed the Claims Standards Council at the body's 'make or break' conference today. The insurer's director of technical claims, Dominic Clayden, told more than 100 delegates the CSC was the only way forward in regulating the personal injury market, but he conceded it was not guaranteed success and he will be the first to suggest pulling the plug if it fails.
