Jacqui Owens joins Spectrum
Jacqui Owens has joined Lloyd’s underwriting agency, Spectrum, as senior counsel. It is managing the run-off of the Crowe group of syndicates and Ms Owens will head initiatives to resolve market disputes collectively involving over £150m of claims.
