Ace subpoenaed in finite risk probe
Ace has reported that it has received a subpoena from the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York as part of an investigation into finite risk insurance products.
Ace said that it understands that other insurance companies have received similar subpoenas. As previously disclosed by Ace, Ace has received subpoenas from the Securities and Exchange Commission andOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
