Professional body to vet consultancy firms in the offing
Following an invitation from the FSA, the Compliance Consultants Steering Group has announced plans to facilitate comments between consultants and the FSA,and look at creating a professional body to provide a framework for accreditation, including a code of conduct, for consultancy firms.
As an initial step, the minutes of the first meeting have been circulated to all those who expressed an interest. Consultancy firms have been invited to submit comments and matters of discussion forOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
