Former Gen Re Exec: Buffett knew about portfolio transfer deal

Warren Buffett, head of Berkshire Hathaway, was informed of the no-risk loss portfolio transfer deal that prosecutors claim American International Group used to disguise the true nature of such loss reserves in 2000 and 2001, according to the interview notes of a star government witness says AM Best on its news wire.
