CGT count down: CBG makes second deal of the year
CBG, the Manchester based insurance broker, financial adviser and healthcare specialist, has acquried Howgud, and it’s trading subsidiaries, EDN (Insurance Services), E Davies (Northern) and EDN (Financial Services).
CBG has agreed to pay an initial consideration of £1.2m in cash for EDN and further deferred consideration totalling a maximum £1.125m is payable in cash and shares over a two year earn-out period
