Lloyd's broker makes first move
Lloyd’s broker The Chesterfield Group today announced it has acquired managing agent MGA Van Wagoner Companies - its first acquisition.
Chesterfield director James Stevenson said: “The acquisition reflects the synergy between our two organisations since we have each established a strong reputation for handling specialist programmes.”M
