Judge rules in Lloyd's favour in last 'major' Names case
A group of 49 Names have lost a key court case, described as the last major piece of litigation outstanding against Lloyd's.
According to the Telegraph The High Court yesterday ruled against 49 individuals who claimed that they had been misled when taking out contracts prior to the near collapse of Lloyd's in 1992.
