KBW queries Scorverium forecasts
Analysts have criticised figures released by French reinsurer Scor intended to make the case for its buyout of Swiss reinsurance company Converium.
Scor‘s hostile takeover of Converium began in February when it took a 32% stake by buying out its largest shareholders, casting a shadow over the Swiss company’s strong 2006 annual results
