Swiss Re opens new London headquarters
Swiss Re has opened its new London headquarters at St Mary Axe.
Already known to the public as the “gherkin,” the Swiss Re tower was built on the site of the old Baltic Exchange building, which was badly damaged when an IRA bomb exploded nearby in 1992.Designed
