Scor share offer successful
Troubled French reinsurer Scor has said that the capital increase it announced in December 2003 has been successful.
According to the company it raised €751m by issuing more than 682.7 million new shares. The increase was subscribed for approximately 104%.Denis Kessler, chairman and chief executive of Scor Group
