Law firms increase professional indemnity cover
Top law firms have taken the opportunity to increase professional indemnity before insurance costs rise according to a new survey.
The fifth annual survey on top law firms' professional indemnity and risk also fomanagement by Legal Risk also found firm are keen to limit their liability contractually.
