London market broker announces sale
THB has today announced that it has completed the sale of its Glasgow based broking division, Marshall Ewart & Graham, to JW Group. It has also reached a separate agreement with another company for the purchase of its Leeds based broking division, THB Northern, which is expected to complete later this month.
In a statement THB said: “These divestments are the result of a strategic review of THB Clowes, the group’s provincial retail insurance broking operation, designed to focus operations around its hubOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
