Second Gen Re executive to plead guilty
A second senior executive of reinsurance company General Re plans to plead guilty in a probe of insurer American International Group (AIG), according to a report in the New York Times.
A General Re senior vice president, Richard Napier, would plead guilty to criminal fraud charges, the newspaper said on its Web site, quoting a court document and individuals briefed on the AIGOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
