Typhoon Muifa hits Phillippines
One thousand people have been displaced and one man injured as Typhoon Muifa devastated three provinces southeast of the Philippines capital.
Roads were blocked with landslides and flood waters on Catanduanes, an island of about 200 000 people, hampering relief work two days after the onslaught.
