Bermuda government wins convincing election victory
Bermuda’s Progressive Labour Party (PLP) has won yesterday’s general election on the island.
Local newspaper The Royal Gazette reported a final result of 22 seats for the PLP and 14 seats to the opposition United Bermuda Party (UBP), a re-run of 2003’s result.
