HSA and Healthsure merge
Andover-based HSA Group and Manchester-based HealthSure have announced the completion of arrangements for merging the two businesses.
The merger, which will take effect subject to FSA approval, was confirmed by the voting members of HealthSure at an EGM held in Manchester on 22 March 2005. This announcement follows HSA’s separateOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
