DTI planning to shut down liability firm after investigation
The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry has presented a petition in the High Court to wind up in the public interest Chafford Insurance Consultants Limited following investigations by the DTI’s Companies Investigations Branch.
On the application of the Secretary of State the Court appointed the Official Receiver as provisional liquidator of the company pending the hearing of the petition on Wednesday 6 October 2004 at 10.30Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
