Former AIG VP jailed for four years in finite reinsurance case

(BestWire) - A former vice president of American International Group Inc. has been sentenced by a federal judge to serve four years in jail and pay $200,000 for his role in a sham finite reinsurance deal with Berkshire Hathaway's General Reinsurance Corp.

Christian Milton of Winnewood, Pennsylvania, whose career at AIG spanned 32 years and was vice president of reinsurance from 1982 until March 2005, was found guilty last year on charges of conspiracy
