Lawsuit abuse act passes in US Congress
The Class Action Fairness Act has passed a formal vote in the US Congress and is to be signed into law by President Bush.
The Act is designed to funnel most such lawsuits from state courts to the federal system -- a procedural change that could have substantive implications, because federal courts traditionally have beenOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
