Windsor pays £2.7m to settle dispute
Broker Windsor has announced the resolution of its dispute with the Kenya Ports Authority and Kenya Ferry Services, concerning business placed between 1994 — 1998.
The settlement payable to the joint company by Windsor is £2,725,500 (£1,514,000), which had set aside £850,000 in its latest statutory accounts in respect of this matter.
