Marsh settles with Spitzer for $850m
Marsh & McLennan (MMC) has agreed to pay $850m to settle New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer's accusations that it rigged bids and took kickbacks from insurers.
According to Bloomberg News, Spitzer said in a statement that the funds will go to reimburse brokerage commissions to clients and be paid over four years.Marsh has neither admitted nor denied the
