Groupama wins fraud case
Groupama Insurances has achieved a significant success in a recent legal case that uncovered evidence of co-ordinated fraud.
Giving judgement in the case of Oriakhel -v- Vickers & Groupama, at Willesden County Court on the 24th January 2007 (following a two day trial in September 2006), His Honour Judge Copley not onlyOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
