Commercial broker Vega Insurance Services has made its third acquisition in its first 12 months’ trading by purchasing Essex-based Parkwood Sinclair Insurance Brokers.
Vega managing director Bob Screen said: “Parkwood Sinclair is well managed and profitable but offers clear opportunity for further expansion.
