Call centers in Republic of South Africa to double by 2008
By 2008 call center numbers in the Republic of South Africa (RSA) will be double those of today a new report by Datamonitor has predicted.
According to the report, South Africa: An emerging offshore location, offshore agent positions are expected to quadruple on current levels. Datamonitor said RSA offers outsource providers a higherOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
